Return policy is bogus wanted to charge me $350 to make a return, :( Probably would have purchased from here too.
Great looking faucet and works well. Hot and cold water inserts (valves) were backwards but easy to correct. Had to purchase adapters to connect to old faucet connections, but with a little help from the local hardware store, easy fix. Worth the upgrade, to me at least.
Product came in exactly as described, safely packaged for transportation, and on time delivery. Would highly recommend if you are shopping for quality product and good prices!
