We had excellent customer service from James via phone. Knowledgeable, personable, and took the time to troubleshoot a tricky situation with a very old tub and home.
Amy was super helpful with our order of pedestal sinks for our boutique hotel. She helped with the initial order and then went above and beyond helping us with some difficulties on our second order. I highly recommend Amy and Vintage Tub & Bath.
I really like the design of this faucet but when we put it on our sink we noticed that the end of the neck of the faucet (where the water comes out) is slightly bent where the water doesn’t flow straight down. We also had to remove a fine filter for better water flow. It’s probably not worth the hassle of removing and returning to get a more aesthetically pleasing one but it’s also a little disappointing considering how much money I spent for the faucet.
Tina M was so helpful and accommodating with our bathroom sink order. I am very pleased both with the product and the service. Will be shopping here again!
Beautiful tubs, this is my 2nd time ordering. The delivery is always very prompt and the tubs are so well made.
