Absolutely the worst ever!! Never have i seen a company that cares so little for their customers. Seriously how can literally steal from the customers and think its ok!?!? At least the ast manager gave somewhat useful information. Wow. Never again will i come to this store. I’ve already told everyone i know about my experience. Tragic i use to like this store. But this is ridiculous an entire month waiting for a 2 day shipping.....
The staff are very friendly and have excellent personalities! They made me feel very welcome, and made the store atmosphere very chill. 10/10 would and will go back!
Bought 3 disc, all didn't work. I had to return to say they wouldn't return. Then I got accused of damaging a product I didn't even touch. Fraudulent place. Amazon has better prices. Don't waste money. TC is an employee who is rude. Should be fired.
Even when I go in just to look, I always find something good and fun to kick off my weekend when I get some time off
I made a facebook just to leave a review. Excellent customer service. I have never gotten treated so well by store employees. Staff had a great knowledge on different movies and games. I even went home with a few of their recommendations! I felt very welcomed and plan on going back for the Easter sale to pick up more movies and games they have to offer. (buy 2 get 1 free on the already great priced pre-owned games and movies!)
If you want to an apathetic greeting, passive aggressive customer service, or mediocre sales associates, this is the place for you! Stopped by to spend some ca$h, and trade in some games...barely stepped a foot inside the door to be graciously barked at with “if you’re wanting to trade those in, you’ll have to wait. There’s a guy ahead of you and it’ll be 45 minutes to an hour.” All wrapped up with an eye roll. Thanks girl with the glasses...but nope. I’ll go spend my money elsewhere. Was going to exchange blu rays and DVDs for credit. I had over a hundred that we didn't watch, all in great condition, some unopened, including high priced TV Series on blu ray... After spending 30 min slowly scanning each item individually we were informed that we would only get 50 dollars in cash or 70 credit for more than a hundred items... I can sell less than 4 of these at that price online! Probably won't return. They could have said hey we are only going to give you 25 cents a movie instead of wasting everyone's time ... read more
