Even when I go in just to look, I always find something good and fun to kick off my weekend when I get some time off
I made a facebook just to leave a review. Excellent customer service. I have never gotten treated so well by store employees. Staff had a great knowledge on different movies and games. I even went home with a few of their recommendations! I felt very welcomed and plan on going back for the Easter sale to pick up more movies and games they have to offer. (buy 2 get 1 free on the already great priced pre-owned games and movies!)
Was going to exchange blu rays and DVDs for credit. I had over a hundred that we didn't watch, all in great condition, some unopened, including high priced TV Series on blu ray... After spending 30 min slowly scanning each item individually we were informed that we would only get 50 dollars in cash or 70 credit for more than a hundred items... I can sell less than 4 of these at that price online! Probably won't return. They could have said hey we are only going to give you 25 cents a movie instead of wasting everyone's time ... read more
Go there fairly often for various things and have always had a welcoming experience with the staff and products. Mainly used movies.
I always go in here for movies and games. They are always really helpful, professional, and polite. By far my favorite vintage stock that I will go out of my way to come back to again and again.
