I was told I was on the 2 Bedroom Wait List! I am NOT!!! I went to look at a one bedroom apartment at the Reserve at Napa on December 2, 2021 and it was too small and Cynthia told me she would put me on the wait list for a 2 bedroom apartment. I followed up with a phone call to Cynthia on April 12, 2022 to see where my name is on the wait list and I got NO reply. Fantastic Staff! This is a great place to live! Admittedly hard to get in, Management has a 'Safe and Sane' approach to rules, and you will not have to tolerate noise or nonsense. Kudos to on-site Manager "Danny" - Heroic in a kitchen fire, directing the firemen, evacuating residents, running like the wind! When the fire was out, calmly reassuring all the neighbors, gentle kind words to frightened people. Valerie and Danny are always kind, terrific, and on top of things!

Cockroaches Every year outside cockroaches (turkestan) get into our apartments. Most time in the bathroom. Yes even by toothbrush twice!!! Walk around at night and they are all on the grounds! Management uses Hylander although they have been ineffective. Management honestly does not seem to care. I recommend don't move here!!! I need enough money to move!
The Oaks At Joiner Ranch It's a great family-oriented complex. The Oaks is in the older part of Lincoln, is income-restricted so it makes it easy to live being a single Mom of 2 sons!

Laundry facilities, which are well maintained, are very close as well as very inexpensive. Bathroom is good-sized with shower/tub. Vintage Square at Westpark This complex is fairly new - approximately six years old, I believe. There are one and two bedrooms. I live in a two bedroom, two bath, with my adult son who works from home. The floor plan is open and makes use of all available space. The refrigerator and dishwasher are stainless steel and the stove/oven (gas) is black with stainless steel trim. They are all efficient appliances.
