If I could give zero stars I would. Poor management. Mold everywhere and management does nothing about it. Always needing maintenance to closet sliding doors, back screen door and shower sliding doors. Multiple break ins to cars. Many occasions of tires from cars being stolen in broad daylight. There is no security as management claims there is. There is no entrance gate after the many break ins; anyone can come in as they please. Rent is cheap here for a reason. "I have been living in this apartment for the past two years and I must say, it has been a wonderful experience. From the moment I moved in, the staff made me feel right at home. I've been living here for couple weeks and I love it its very peaceful at night its very quiet the complex itself is really clean and management is very good and nice
My husband and I just moved in a few days ago and we already love it here so much! The apartment complex is clean, quiet, and pretty! The apartment itself was very clean and in great condtion when we moved in. The one bedroom is a perfect amount of space for a couple. We love our apartment and feel so at home here already. Vivian in the office is also very nice and helpful! We have only great things to say!! I can see us making this our home for a long time🙏🏼❤️
My husband and I lived at Vintage Square for 5 years and it’s been nothing but pleasant memories. I even gave birth to one of my children on the floor in the living room 😁. I had requested carpet cleaning a week before and Vivian responded immediately not knowing I would have my baby on the carpet. I have nothing but positive things to say about vintage square. To all the managements and maintenance crew (Julio), I say a big THANK YOU for always being so accommodating to all our needs. Godwins and I are so grateful. 😊🤍
