Way overpriced. My friends mother who had been living there for 9 years had to move out because they raised the rent so much.

They have raise the rent so high, I can't figure out how anyone can afford to live there! More about the money than the residents! So Sad!
My mom is moving in as a new resident tomorrow,January 31, 2015 . Everyone on the staff has been so nice and very helpful in advising us with my mom's big move. The residence is so tastefully decorated, that I liken it to a cruise ship that doesn't leave port! I know with all the amenities, mom will be very happy at Vintage Simi Hills, and our family is happy with the services and help she will receive,in such a secure, safe environment.
