J’avais un rendez-vous à 17h pour mon fils. J’ai conduit pendant une demi-heure avec un bébé de 7 mois pour qu’il puisse se faire couper les cheveux. En arrivant, il n’y avait absolument personne sur place. Pourtant, j’avais reçu un courriel de confirmation m’indiquant que le rendez-vous était bien prévu. Personne ne m’a appelée pour annuler ou m’avertir de quoi que ce soit. Franchement, c’est très décevant et vraiment frustrant.
