Didn't work directly through them but we bought home 2019 and they had half commission with sellers. They will let you know truth of market, local nothing fancy or fake. Frustrating time in real estate but they are miles more honest then big shot realtors in redding area. Do not go with the big dogs in Redding. Want to buy Lake California definitely keep it local.

Our agent at Vintage Realty did a great job selling our house in Lake California. We live in Texas and left everything in their hands. They kept us informed all along the way and made all the arrangements for some small necessary repairs. They made it very stress free for us.
