Pretty terrible management here. They take half a year for any maintenance work. All their supers are incompetent and do more harm than good. The supers they hire are glorified garbage men. They let a company rob us blind by doing damage during a facade repair. Instead of utilizing their own insurance , they made us pay an assessment to pay for another facade repair. I worked with Marco from Vintage real estate services to find home for rent in Florida remotely from New Jersey. Initially I was feared by hearing few real estate scams. Since I shown the interest on property, Marco took full responsibility to close the deal, complete the paperwork, membership in association etc., he use to provide updates with transparency at each stage.
