Working with Vintage RE Services has been a great experience. They’re incredibly easy to communicate with (especially Melody Sherman, she's a gem!), always pleasant, and consistently responsive whenever we need anything. Reaching out is never a hassle, and their professionalism and friendliness make all the difference. Highly recommend!
I wish there was an option to give zero stars. The person I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive throughout the entire call. When I asked about an increase I noticed, he mumbled something under his breath and then hung up on me. The entire interaction gave off strong racist vibes and left me feeling completely disrespected.
Horrible. They don't ever reply to emails or voice messages. They handle the waiting list for Cadman Plaza West and the last replied I received from them was over a year ago. I have contacted them every month for over a year and I have yet to hear back from them.
