Horrible. They don't ever reply to emails or voice messages. They handle the waiting list for Cadman Plaza West and the last replied I received from them was over a year ago. I have contacted them every month for over a year and I have yet to hear back from them.

Pretty terrible management here. They take half a year for any maintenance work. All their supers are incompetent and do more harm than good. The supers they hire are glorified garbage men. They let a company rob us blind by doing damage during a facade repair. Instead of utilizing their own insurance , they made us pay an assessment to pay for another facade repair. Every apartment had leaks that ruined their homes. Each owner now has to repair this themselves. I would recommend this company for all my enemies and I still m... read more
