This company is the WORST!!! Tenants beware! All they want is your money - they only stand for the landlord. I have rented from this company for many years and multiple properties - I was renting from a different company originally and then they took over. They are not for the TENANTS at all!!! Dave Sigler is arrogant and not helpful at all - he even threatened me because he was pissed off that I had the owners number!
