Myself with a disability ( Epilepsy) was wrongfully denied with an income of $46,000 . I was given a income report of $66,000 1. Disability about $20,000 2. Cashier at Marshall's about $25,000 Where did the Redfield location get the extra $20,000 to add to my income report? That would have been a great location for me, Walk to Walmart and walk to the bus.
I’ve rented from Nielson, Britain Properties, and Vintage Properties in the Sacramento area for over 10 years, and Vintage is by far the best—it’s not even close. They are professional, kind, and extremely responsive to tenant needs. I’ve genuinely felt that Vintage Properties cares about their tenants’ well-being. Shawn and Jayne do an outstanding job running Vintage, and it truly shows in how they treat their renters.
I rented from Vintage for a little over a year with my boyfriend and our cat in the oak park area. We loved renting with them!! Our unit was so well maintained and extremely clean when we moved in which is unfortunately not very common from what I’ve seen at other places. Mark was always ready to help us when we didn’t know how to fix something and every time I called the office either Shawn or Liz would gladly take my call. We currently rent with Vintage Properties and have had an incredibly positive experience. Liz, Sean, and Mark have been fantastic. They're prompt to respond to emails and maintenance requests. Mark explains his repairs to me as he does them which I appreciate. I'm the kind of tenant that will bring something up quickly so it doesn't turn into a bigger issue and they've always been professional and on top of things. Shawn and Jayne rented to me for a few years 17 years ago 😳 (a long time ago now haha) but they gave me a chance when I was young, had no rental history, or credit. Shawn was wonderful to deal with and every time there was an issue with the apartment, Vintage Properties responded right away to repair the issue. I’m still grateful they helped me when I was desperately looking for somewhere to live. Their apartments were clean and well maintained. My deposits were always returned in full. I recommend this company.
