What can I say? It was my birthday. COVID19. In need of some semblance of celebration while being cautious during the current pandemic crisis. Greg Vartanian took care of the (patio dining) reservations, even recommending the earliest lunch, so that I could take advantage of a cool late morning. The wait staff was absolutely amazing, the food absolutely delicious(pistachio encrusted salmon, perfect), the ambiance was relaxing and very pleasant. The best restaurant in Visalia with the greatest chef in town. Great to have Greg back in business.
