Roberta the manager is awesome I could not have done my move in with out her help! My cat Louis is happy and so am I! We love our new home so much!
Our VPI manager Roberta Arredondo is awesome as she always cares and helps me when I need something. She gave me a referral to a senior program I needed. Also I love the location by the beach and La Perla restaurant has the best carnitas and chimichangas!!! Also the pastries and cookies are my favorite and just one minute away. I enjoy the gym, pool is lots of fun, and we even have security patrol to keep us safe. Our manager even had. Ew iron fencing installed to further improve our safety. Great Job Vintage Pointe Senior!
Vintage Pointe is my new home and it's very beautiful and clean. It is excellently maintained and the neighbors are very welcoming. The manager Roberta and staff went above and beyond to help me live here and I am thankful to God!!!
Roberta and Marco continue to improve our community here at Vintage Pointe I. From making sure we're safe, keeping our property looking good as well as responding to any of our concerns or needs in a timely and positive manner. Roberta made sure to address the safety concern regarding the fence between our community and Jack in the Box by having secure iron fencing installed which has stopped the trespassing and property damage to our vehicles and outdoor areas. I been here 11 years and I am happy because everything is nearby. I don't have a car and the bus is right on the corner and management is wonderful. I feel safe and my neighbors are friendly. I love that we have patrol security and a gated community!
