Roberta and Marco continue to improve our community here at Vintage Pointe I. From making sure we're safe, keeping our property looking good as well as responding to any of our concerns or needs in a timely and positive manner. Roberta made sure to address the safety concern regarding the fence between our community and Jack in the Box by having secure iron fencing installed which has stopped the trespassing and property damage to our vehicles and outdoor areas. I been here 11 years and I am happy because everything is nearby. I don't have a car and the bus is right on the corner and management is wonderful. I feel safe and my neighbors are friendly. I love that we have patrol security and a gated community!
The manager Roberta Arredondo is very helpful and friendly! I love that she keeps her door open and is easy going but professional with a big smile. Marco is a great maintenance and is nice to be around when he is doing my work orders. The property is next to the beach ⛱️ and a SUPER COOL 😎 place to live!
Roberta was the best manager we ever had and Marco was the best maintenance ever. They both are super professional, friendly, and care so much about us seniors. Thank you for always helping us!
I love my fresh and clean apartment at VPI. Everyone was very nice and welcoming and I love that it is pet friendly!
