I love it here! I think the world of Roberta and Marco who manage this place. Friendly, clean, and quiet how I like to enjoy my home. Also Roberta helps us with a smile and educates us on the rent portal and other items that can assist us seniors. Liliana the maid is always cleaning so cheerfully and Vintage Pointe 1 is highly recommended. Thank you.
Vintage Pointe is a very quiet, safe, and happy place to live at. Our manager Roberta is very respectful and mindful of our requests and cares for this community. Marco is always friendly and makes us coffee in our clubhouse. My favorite thing is hanging out with friends around our fireplace drinking coffee in the morning or playing games and having parties 🥳!!!
VPI Marco and Roberta are very professional and always working hard to make sure the residents are safe and happy. I see Marcos grinding the concrete and Roberta helping people in the office and I appreciate living here as it is lovely!
I am happy living at Vintage Pointe I. It’s very convenient and near to several stores. I like the up keep of the property as maintenance request are taken care of promptly. I really love the manager and I can’t wait for summer because my favorite thing to do is swim at the sparkling clean and warm pool. Also we have a jacuzzi and it really is a hot spot that we all enjoy very much!
Everything is great here I love to play board games in the clubhouse, work out in the gym, and swim in the pool. The maintenance is awesome and our manager is wonderful. Roberta helped me set up my rent portal and is nice to us. Everyday we have fresh coffee, cookies, and friends to socialize with in the clubhouse. Thank you!
