I have lived here for 2 years going on three years. When I tell you the quality of living has decreased tremendously in that time period. I understand there is usually a rent increase ,but when uou. Tell your tenants you are not making any repairs or renovations ,but I m increasing your rent damn near 200 dollars. Dog feces , garbage strewn, not in rcontainers but around it. Gates open 24 -7 , and this is suppose to be gated. They are no longer vetting tenants . Shameful
Maintenance fixed my leak in the garbage disposal under the sink in 15 minutes. The technician was courteous as always and came within an hour of request. I have rented many years but never had this great a response. I really enjoy living in this environment. Keep up the good work! 12/10/21
