Salar and Al were wonderful! We recently purchased a large area rug and two runners, and the selection process wasn't easy because 1.) we weren't sure what we wanted or what would look good in our space, and 2.) there were so many great options. Al and Salar were patient, didn't rush or pressure us, and took the time to answer our questions and help us compare different styles and options. Definitely recommend this place if you are in the market for a nice rug!

I purchased a rug for my home and Ali was fantastic to work with! He listened to what I was looking for, asked great questions with curiosity, and patiently helped me narrow my options. As I shared more answers to his questions, he thoroughly explained my options along with the pros and cons of each choice. This made my shopping experience feel pleasant and not pressured. I am thrilled with my final choice and would gladly shop at Jubin again in the future!
