Our Maintenance man takes care of any issues I have right away. I have no problems. He’s easy to talk to and is very helpful.
Our manager Nikki submitted a work order the same day I reported it and the AC was repaired the next day.

We feel very good about living here at Vintage Park. The apartments are well maintained inside and out with very competent but friendly staff. Kimberly and Oscar are such an asset and clearly the reason this complex is such an enjoyable experience. Everyone enjoys the sparkling pool and the clubhouse is always busy with programs, a convenient weekly food bank and themed parties. Any senior looking for a safe, clean and friendly environment, look no further.
So far, so good. I will keep a close eye on the new faucet to make sure there are no new issues.
