I had an incredibly troubling experience dealing with Vintage Park during a medical emergency and the passing of my father. Management was formally notified that the tenant had been hospitalized and incapacitated, yet next of kin were repeatedly denied access to the apartment while trying to handle urgent matters. Most disturbing, we were not even allowed access to retrieve his cat for five days, leaving the animal without food or water during that time.
