Michala is by far one of our favorite property managers to work with. While we’re a landscaping vendor and not a resident, she has treated our team with nothing but kindness and respect since day one. She truly loves what she does and genuinely cares about her residents, and that shows in everything she handles. She’s professional, responsive, and always a pleasure to work with. We’re incredibly grateful for the relationship and consider ourselves lucky to work alongside her.
I had an excellent time touring this property! The apartments were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I would need to make this place my next home. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to shopping, restaurants, and a short drive to Nashville. I could tell from my visit that the staff are very responsive and will take good care of me.
Blake came to my apartment to look at my heating system and I asked him to also fix my bathroom sink issue. He was extremely polite and pleasant and respectful of my stuff. He showed me how the heating system is working as it should and closed one of the vents in my unused bedroom for me and cleared the junk that was blocking the water from draining from my sink quickly. Michala's return is a blessing. She doesn't deviate from from the leasing contract thus setting a good example to coworkers and residents. Rules are rules and there are no exceptions. Michala, Chris, and Lexie comprise a winning team responding to the our needs without delay. Once again we have a working ice machine, hot beverage machine, and an elevator that we can use without fear of failure. Yay! The management team, especially Michala and Lexi, has consistently been professional, communicative, and easy to work with.
