If you're looking for the most average, mediocre place to live then you've hit the jackpot. Communication is slow, unprofessional, and inconsistent, with emails often going without response for days at a time. The great location doesn't really make up for all of the cons. Constant smoking, lack of office presence, bare minimum amenities, and some of the thinnest walls in town. Though not overwhelmingly bad, I wouldn't recommend to a friend. I have met some amazing people while living here and enjoy the sense of community. Chris (maintenance) works hard to keep this place clean and any issues I've had he's been quick to resolve it. Cannot praise him enough. Overall, I love living here but the downsides are THE SMOKING!! This is suppose to be a smoke free complex but the cigarette smoke from neighbors is awful because some people just don't care and there isn't anything the office can do. I have lived at Vintage Northcreek for over a year now and have had such a great experience with the community. The grounds are well kept thanks to an amazing team & any concerns are addressed timely. Chris (the maintenance guy) truly goes above and beyond for the residents and community. He makes it known he is available for emergency needs at any and all times. He does exceptional work at the community and is always willing to help. In most of these reviews they respond with…. “We strive to create a welcoming environment…” that statement is absolutely true but the downside to that for me personally is the smoking that they cannot control or just don’t care to control. I have a year worth of emails and I am still forced to inhale second hand smoke on the regular because residents smoke on their balcony. I can’t even enjoy the weather by letting up my window or sitting on my balcony without inhaling cigarette smoke. So yea…if you smoke this is the perfect... read more
