Duane does amazing work on the most complicated builds. He has worked on my 1966 Triumph Spitfire since the late 90’s, it has a 300ZX powertrain and he greatly improved it’s reliability by adding an aftermarket EFI, radiator, new guages and wiring and a new Quafie differential. It performs greater than expected.

😀The experience level when combined with a genuine interest in resolving any existing problems is not something that one finds on a regular basis. I have a 260Z which I purchased in Richland, WA in 1974 and it is nice to have someone who will show it the respect it deserves.

It’s hard to find a shop that you can trust to work on your rare classic car nowadays but I want to give a huge shout out to Duane and Stephan at Vintage Motorworks for taking care my 1972 Nissan Skyline Hakosuka. My Hako was idling at 3k since I bought the car and was in need of a tune up. He tuned the carburetors to get it idling correctly, changed out the oil, oil filter, spark plugs, and the ignition and now, the car is running better then ever. He has earned my trust and business and I will be definitely taking my class... read more

I have a 2014 - 370Z that we use in rally racing and track days, in addition to being my daily driver. He gives realistic estimates of the cost and timing of repairs. He works within my timeframe, and always delivers timely service. I appreciate his opinion and he uses common sense for repairs and modifications. I have been a loyal customer for over 6 years, Duane is a fabulous person and mechanic!

I have a 05 G35 coupe with 46k miles and Duane has done all the modification work since day 1. I don't track my cars but I love them tuned and raw. Just as important, I like the work to be of upmost quality, and I have that from Duane. Below are the work he's done for me: Intake, plenum spacer, lightweight pulleys, headers, full catback exhaust, Bilstein coilovers, Wilwood brakes, roll-bars, lightweight flywheel with sports clutch...
