Worst HOA you can find garbage they will charge 100 on grass fee multiple time in month you call HOA for any type of advise and you get hang they dont respond they are only for the money and provide nothing shitty pool that only opens two month out of year and pond that does not get maintain at all. Great place but HOA is garbage I cant wait to move out because of them
Lovely place to live. Lot's of dogs in the neighborhood and sometimes they will wonder. But they always go back home love it here.
