Wish I can give zero stars... I dont do reviews but I was compelled ti war everyone to stay far away from here. Worst decision to move my family to one of their properties they manage. Unprofessional, racist, do not fix anything until a year later. They charge you for silly things and Property Manager Jennifer violates Tenants rights all the time w/o a care. DONT MOVE HERE!!!

Holes in the floor of my tub, Refrigerator makes a terrible noise, none of the screens actually do their job, my porch is unusable and looks like it's about to collapse, maintenance is regularly in and out in 5 minutes to close work orders, nothing changes. The people are disgusting and leave terrible messes for anyone else to pick up. On top of that, rent goes up every year regardless. There's no increase in value, there's no improvements done, just more money lining the pockets of those in charge. I regret signing my lease... read more

******* is the Grandson of a resident and is not a lease holder. After yelling at our maintenance staff and his Grandmother about being woken up at Noon yesterday, *******came to our office in a fit of rage using vulgar language and yelling at our office staff about an error made on a work order indicating the window screens in the wrong room. After he was told to leave, *******proceeded to send an obscene work order through the tenant portal, asking that his private area be sucked, which was sent to a few women in our organ... read more
This complex is roach and rat invested!! My walk threw was the office unit not the actual unit I paid for! Chris the manager took my first month and security gave me the keys and pointed to the building my unit was in!I proceeded to the building and upon my entry I found a layer of live and dead roaches,mice and fices threw out the entire unit!!
