I rarely go online to support a product but I am NOW! Al and I were traveling this summer to the north shore. We happened to stop in Duluth at a pizza place before we left town… Vintage Italian Pizza!! The pizza was great but we also purchased some of their sauces (spaghetti sauce, pizza sauce and bolognese sauce). We particularly liked the bolognese sauce!!! Terrible customer service at West Duluth location tonight. Pizza was doughy and underdone. Asked for a refund instead of the substandard product. Cashier and another staff member could not figure out how to refund a debit payment and did not make an attempt. Second staff member elected to swear at me and tell me he "wasn't going to do shit" when I repeated my request for a refund in the form of an instruction. Awesome pizza, I would highly recommend this place! Perfect cheese, sauce, and crust. Just be sure to order early, they are not available too late.
