My experience with Vintage Ironworks LLC and Vintage Iron Doors began on May 4, 2024 and it ends today September 4, 2026. I cannot possibly recommend this company for custom residential replacement doors. Specific Areas of Concern: 1. It took over 13 months from order to delivery to deliver a custom double front entry door. This in and of itself is not a problem, however my problem stems from an initial order date of June 2024 and a promised delivery date of October 2024. BEWARE. Will promised us a custom door last November in 16 weeks. After waiting 8 months and calling constantly in the interim, we received a letter about some legal issues Will had years before. Bottom line: we rushed to his facility, found it closed and immediately went to the local police dept on the same street and filed a report. Finally, with an officer present, Will open his facility and gave us a terribly unfinished door made out of used metal. Other customers were there also trying to retrieve their doors.
