Follow-up from this agency has been terrible so far. I spoke Mary Anne on August 22nd about caregiver services for my great aunt. They told me to have my aunt’s doctor send a referral for their assistance which I had the doctor do a week ago on Friday. They were supposed to call me back after I called to follow up on Monday and so far I have been unable to get a hold of anyone this entire week.
