Steph absolutely SLAYED my restyle I’m obsessed! Exactly what I wanted, but somehow even better. My hair feels fresh, bouncy and SO much more fuller. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

I have done 3 Google reviews, 2 of which are medical and one of them killed my mother on the operating table. Shania trompp, the owner is the worst hairdresser that I have ever been with, she cannot cut hair but most definitely do not go to her if you are seeking a colour, even a small change let alone a radical change. I asked her for grey silver tones. After 4 hours in the salon I walked out with a wet back, a burned scalp and hairline and bright yellow hair. I’m unfortunately very disappointed with my recent experience. I had my hair done at this salon and was extremely unhappy with the result. Unfortunately, due to upcoming events and time restraints, I didn’t have the luxury of waiting around for the situation to be resolved, so I had to pay another salon to fix my hair. My stylist didn’t introduce themselves , felt like the consultation was so brief and felt pressured into getting treatments I didn’t want to, was able to stand my ground but felt that this caused the whole appointment to feel uncomfortable. I held back tears for a lot of the appointment. I was quite clear about length being important to me, and feel like it’s so much shorter than I wanted. Hair on beaufort is amazing, staff are lovely and welcoming can always have a chat while getting my hair done Never had issues with my hair or my extensions with them.
