Unfortunately had an experience leaving my hair totally wrecked and not at all what I had asked for. The cut was uneven, far too much bleaching and over processed (leaving it frizzy) and the toner was so grey, leaving me with multiple comments after that I was suddenly going grey. All of it has needed fixing (first by them and then elsewhere at great expense). Went to buy Keune products on 19/3/2025 and the business was closed with the interior was being gutted. Sad to see it’s closed down.
I went to this salon a couple of times and while the hairdresser that worked with me for the most part - Calais - was really friendly and very skilled, the atmosphere of the salon didn't seem very professional. I don't normally leave reviews but the poor girl was having to move and use different plugs for the hairdryers because the powerpoints would suddenly switch off and although I think the styling off the place is quite nice elements of the room seemed quite old and in need of repair. Messed up my hair
After reading such great reviews, I’m sad to say I unfortunately I had an experience of the classic ‘leaving a salon in tears’ The consultation was very minimal with no confirmation on how much length was being taken off. I had to stop the stylist from doing the first cut to ask how much is getting cut. The cut was uneven, much shorter than I wanted and unfortunately seemed to lack the precision and skills I expected. I do believe further training is needed for their staff, particularly for new clients.
