I sent back my grips with my originals with a note stating that they could not be made to fit and had air bubbles in the mold. Joy the president called 2 weeks later saying she was confused, what's the problem, I told her again. After two months called them at 3:30 (they close at 4) left message, called next day Joy answered said she would call back,, called the next day, Joy offered a refund. What a way to run a business.
