Great location, nice staff and grounds with a lovely pool area. The quality of appliances, window treatments and doors could definitely be better. The apartments should be throughly cleaned before a new tenant moves in. Not just tidy, and everything should be in good working order before the move in.
Friendly, well maintained and excellent manager.
The clubhouse located near the apartments is good for throwing parties, anniversarys, and chilling.
