They had my car towed while I was helping my mom walk to her apartment because she had eye surgery recently in both of her eyes. Thy work with Five Points Towing to have your car taken, even when you are helping other people after a having surgery. This is not a friendly place for seniors. When I called the main office for help, they never responded. Also, the towing company wouldn’t give me my car till the next day.
This place will have your car towed for a medical emergency. I was helping a senior during an emergency and they had my car towed within ten minutes. I had my emergency lights on and they went into my car and turned off my emergency lights so they can tow it. For a place with seniors, this isn’t accommodating because emergencies happen. I was charged over $500. They work along with a company Five Points Towing to hurt seniors that are disabled.
These ladies in the office don’t like their jobs and it shows!! Horrible attitudes, both of them. The larger the last the bigger the nasty attitude. Good luck if you live here. I would never!
I love it
They have horrible service. The managers are rude, they took 6 months after my mother moved in to get her on the gate access dial. The tenets are rude as well and the managers are biased, they take one sided stories and write up notices without even asking my mother what happened. They broke the lease agreement multiple times and we moved out right after.
