I've used Vintage Garage Door Repair for two years to service and repair my garage door when needed. I've always had a great experience with them. They have great customer service and each tech that has come to my house has been polite and professional. Today Ben came out to replace my garage door springs. That was a fabulous service provided by Vintage Garage Door Repair. The serviceman was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what work needed to be done to fix our door that came off the track. He was quick and efficient. He also let us know how to maintain the door between tune ups. The office staff was also a very kind and helpful when I called to schedule a service call. Great company!
One of our extension springs snapped at around noon. Called a bunch of places and got a wide array of quotes a few days out. These guys not only gave the best quote,but were able to get out to me within a few hours. Ended up replacing all 4 extension springs, since they were at the end of their life. Ben was an amazing professional—replaced all 4 in about 20 minutes and performed a basic maintenance check on both doors. Next time my doors need work, I'm calling these guys and asking them to send Ben!
Couldn't have been a better experience, unless of course my garage door hadn't broken. Our garage door broke suddenly, and was stuck in an open position. I found Vintage Garage Door Repair and was hoping for the best. I got an answer immediately, by a friendly and understanding person, who dispatched a technician to fix our door. He was here within an hour, explained everything, was very nice, efficient and helpful. Fixed everything perfectly and I am very pleased. It doesn't get better than that.
Our garage door was out of service due and was unbalanced, off track, and had a broken sensor. We called Vintage Garage Door Repair and within less 30 mins, their technician had us back in business, and the garage door was fully operational. He also took care of some my safety concerns without even asking, which I really appreciate. We will definitely refer your services to friends, neighbors, and family in the area. 5*****!!
