Won an auction on what not for a pair of sunglasses and when I received they weren’t in perfect condition so I wrote a very non combative, kind message to the company explaining the glasses were not in perfect condition. I was told the video showed the imperfection and was offered a credit. But of course shortly after I was blocked from the stream. These guys are terrible. Their customer service is awful. I feel like I owe this explanation to others who unsuspecting customers who venture into their shop in miami beach. I bought a pair of glasses and came back in barely an hour to return them but they held me to the no return policy - only store credit. Really?? An simple hour later they and they wouldn't budge. They have the most unique vintage sunglasses. Definitely worth coming in even just to meet Kevin! My son loved him and we had to make time for him to see his new bestie while we stayed at Goodtime Hotel. 😆 Kevin does not babysit though unfortunately lol.
