I would never buy from Vintage Estate Homes again. Be aware of this builder. They used to be called Mercedes Homes. Then they declared bankruptcy and created a new company called Vintage Estate Homes. Really poor quality with no quality control, supervision or inspection. During the construction of my house, they changed the construction manager 3 times as after a few months they would leave the company. Same thing with the sales team. Horrible experience. Stay away.
Worst company I have every worked with”wish they would stand by the mission statement they have” on their web site. Words of warning if you are building with them get every little and I mean every little detail in writing. Make sure everything is done before you move in or it will not get done! I have have lived in my house for 20 months and can never get a response from them “ever”. We are a retired couple and this is our first new home. Moving from another state to Texas.
