We have spent almost $20,000 to fix things that have failed in a home that was new as of June 2016. The builder did not honor the warranty unless it was for small things that his sub-contractors did for free. I would not recommend. Not to mention three homes in our development by vintage are all having to have their stucco replaced with Hardie board due to improper install, leaks around the windows and doors. Update. We built a home in summer of 2016. We have had a minimum of 7 plumbing leaks, 2 gas leaks, a back double door to the deck FAILED, and the master bathroom shower leaked and failed as well. There was presence of mold in both locations which means it was an ongoing problem from the beginning. Things happen we understand that, but when things happen in a new home you expect they would be taken care of. This builder washed his hands of any responsibility to us in less than a year. I have never been in a more beautiful home than the one I just visited in Arborlea in Garnet Valley. The craftsmanship in that property was outstanding. Every little detail was exquisite. The owners were very pleased with their building process and had a very good working relationship with the builder (Vince). I will be contacting him personally to discuss options to build. Just beautiful. Must see one of his homes.

Best home I have ever owned! For over 10 years in Garnet Valley, I have resided in a Vintage home and have to say that I was more than pleased with not only the operations of Vintage but also the superior quality construction and attention to detail.
