****Update. 2026. In a home that cost 1.1mil. We have spent over $60,000 to replace to bathroom showers due to leaks and two exterior doors due to rotten frames and leaks. Our home has creaky floors, plumbing leaks, electrical gremlins, and overall was poorly built. The worst part was they don’t stand behind their work. They waged their hands of us. We have spent almost $20,000 to fix things that have failed in a home that was new as of June 2016. The builder did not honor the warranty unless it was for small things that his sub-contractors did for free. I would not recommend. Not to mention three homes in our development by vintage are all having to have their stucco replaced with Hardie board due to improper install, leaks around the windows and doors. Update. Home was new in 2016 It's now 2021 We've paid to replace an entire master shower due to leaking tile, one rot... read more

We built a home in summer of 2016. We have had a minimum of 7 plumbing leaks, 2 gas leaks, a back double door to the deck FAILED, and the master bathroom shower leaked and failed as well. There was presence of mold in both locations which means it was an ongoing problem from the beginning. Things happen we understand that, but when things happen in a new home you expect they would be taken care of. This builder washed his hands of any responsibility to us in less than a year.
