This management company is absolutely horrendous. Michael Kauffman is the worst landlord I have ever come into contact with. He is completely unresponsive to requests and consistently over promises and under delivers. I am unsure how one can continue to simply ignore their residents and expect things to go smoothly. The fact that Michael has managers that are content and actually trust him with his handling of any situation is completely beyond me.
The properties of the vintage development group including Edge32 have horrible management. Michael Kauffman in particular is completely unresponsive to any requests or complaints about his tenants. He not only does not address issues but endorses and encourages bad behavior of his tenants in disrupting their local community.
Completely unprofessional and disrespectful to the community. The Edge32 property manager Michael Kauffman flat out ignores issues with the property and its tenants that are negatively impacting the community.
