Took my wife’s car there on Sunday, waited 2 hours they were busy so that’s to be expected. The job they did cleaning the inside of the car was horrible. They didn’t clean under any of the floor mats, left lots of crumbs and debris on the floor in all the crevices. The so called inside dusting didn’t look like it even happened. Dirt left on the seats and in the truck (yes the trunk was empty and I opened it for them) Horrible service for the 25 bucks we paid.
If they can't get a 3 month old car washed properly, they CAN'T improve!
CLEAN THE CAR! Outside was ok but inside was a mess!
Had car washed late yesterday, paid for plastic restorer, they did not use it at all. took it back today, I was told it just got dirty over night, reluctantly rewashed and cleaned dirty spots. the plastic restorer was put on in portions but missed places. from far away car looks great, up close, looks like kids washed it. also change is missing from console as well as cold medicine. very disappointed. Also had company car washed yesterday, they did not dress tires or vacuum trunk.
save your money and go else where! rude and unprofessional staff!
a friend recently took their car here and it came back still dirty. The comments left by the employee that runs this Facebook page are always defensive and disrespectful. They are never wrong even when they are wrong. please do not support their business
I get the hand wash, all crew are gracious and accommodating, I'm a tough customer... because I usually wash it myself and I know every inch of my car. Simon (?), the manager, listens and answers every comment and question I have, I'm like I'm the only customer. I'm a very happy customer. Listen, if you are paying for a service, it's ok to speak up if you feel like something is missing, just be nice and you will both walk away with a smile.
