Abby made such a great impression from the moment we met her. She was warm, helpful, and genuinely cared about making the process easy for my mom. The property is beautiful and well maintained, but Abby is what truly makes this place special. I would absolutely recommend living here!

The location and neighborhood is nice, close to downtown Brea and shopping. Grounds and apartments are decent enough. Parking is terrible. Only TWO visitors parking spots and most of the time have workmen’s trucks parked there. BUT the manager is horrible. She intimidates the seniors on a daily basis, acts like she is nice but in reality, she is mean, confrontational and threatens them with being evicted if she doesn’t like something said or expressed opinion of her or her actions. No parking!!!! Unable to make any visits due to parking. Signs everywhere - you will be towed.
Parking! They only have 2 Visitors Parking! When you have loved ones living here it makes it hard for Visitors. If you come for a overnight visit, good luck! My mother has a cleaning lady who can never find Parking. Meals on Wheels have a hard time making deliveries. The complex is beautiful! My mother loves it here, but complains we can't visit 😢 💔 it breaks my heart for the elderly here, some elderly don't get out of there homes & don't receive Visitors because of the Parking. PARKING IS A BIG ISSUE HERE!!
