Just moved in this weekend and we are extremely grateful for Veronica and Toni for making this happen. Our apartment is perfect, the move was flawless even for moving to the 3rd floor. Most tenants that we met were welcoming and pleasant. It’s a very quiet place and safe.
Everything is OK right now.
While everyone is polite and helpful when I have spoken with them, there is a general sense of chaos. Maintenance seems to always be on overload and slow response or even no response is expected. This is a very nice apartment and nice building but management is lacking.
The office management is wonderful and courteous, and the people here I’ve met so far I’ve been really nice
