I placed a non-emergent order, and maintenance had my issue fixed within a couple hours. He was very polite and respectful.
Ugh...this place is generally fine. Nice staff, nice complex, but the parking is not nice. Yes, I understand. They emailed warnings to residents about the new validation stickers. If you are forgetful or work during office hours, well, you'd best beware. $243.90 towing cost for having an outdated sticker. Outdated by two days! I don't want to shirk responsibility, but isn't $243.90 a bit punitive for a resident? How about tagging those vehicles out of compliance with a warning? Allison was incredibly helpful in the early process of touring the complex and very responsive. While I was not able to sign a lease due to availability, I would definitely recommend anyone moving to the area to check out the clean and beautifully designed units in a great central location.
