I recently moved here and it was a very smooth and easy process. Hanna helped me, she is amazing ! Very friendly and professional. She made sure all my needs were met and was able to get me into a unit the same week. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The community is quiet and clean and the apartments and garages are spacious. So far everything has been great!!!
Maintenance gets things handled real quickly and the office staff has always been very pleasant to work with. Signed my third lease here recently so that in itself says alot.
Today, I went apartment searching at a location I had visited a couple of years ago, and was assisted by Hanna Briggs, an extremely, customer service rep, who helped me navigate through the process. I would have given more stars but only five were selectable. Hanna Briggs is what customer service is all about.
Th apartments are decent. I visited my family friends for about two/three days. What i will say is this complex needs some serious maintenance to the dog park. The odor reeks before you even step in of absolute dog piss. It barely has any grass for the dogs to walk on. I let my dogs go to this park for the days i stayed with them. No matter how much i used dog paw wipes and even washed their paws. The odor from the soiled dirty stayed so potent of their paws. Super gross and u can tell theres not much maintenance done to it.... read more
