Complaints falls on deaf ears. All the trees by Building Nine that were a buffer against the horrific traffic have been allowed to die. The fumes, soot, and noise are not healthy. It is my biggest complaint. Bldg. 9 is the worst building in the complex. Listen to your residences, stop raising the rent, it's over the top already for low income people. Take out those damn machines for charging cars, they are causing more and more problems. Again they are in front of Bldg.9. Plant tall bushes against the outside wall by Bldg. 9... read more

We applied here, we meet all of the requirements to live here, but we have a little lower credit score than they want, and they dont do "higher deposit", you have to have pristeen credit..... Not all seniors have that when you're retired & disabled, not much money, you dont have much credit card spending & some late payments.... Rejected instantly upon applying...
