Vintage 55+ Apts from FPI Management has a new parent corporation, ... Asset Living. Now they are seeking, or maybe replacing, staff at this location. (see pic of job offer) Santa Rosa #18 bus stops here & senior common area looked nice on my visit. Did not lease here cuz apts were a wee-bit small. Things could be worse, like FPI Management's Senior spot down Hwy 12. ( see pics again ) Thx for the tour, .... but not for me
I'm not a residence there but I visit an older gentleman for breakfast in the mornings my bike was there for 2 hours it's been parked there every day for months off and on and never got cut management had my bike wrongfully cut they posted a sign after saying no bikes and it's because they stole it they've been doing this they've sold in two other bikes from friends of mine there cutting the locks this is a horrible management team that they have there I recommend not leaving anything in management sites lock your car doors ... read more
Squatters on property, nothing done. Asking over and over for better signage for deliveries, nothing done.
