Lovely Apartments on a hill. Met with a wonderfully nice human who was familiar with my current location, and understood my desire to move!
I enjoyed the property site tour. Jasmine was very knowledgeable about the features of the complex. The elevators are a plus. There is a laundry room nearby. Of course the beauty salon is right up the hall from me. Wow! In addition there is a community garden right below me. There is bingo and other activities in the clubhouse. Much to my surprise there is a pool table in the clubhouse as well. The apartment itself is perfect for me. Interesting floor plan. Large bathroom. Cozy kitchen. Kevin and eddie came to fix the water issues I had in my Apartment. My apartment was staying hot and the water would not get cold. He came really quick and fixed the problem and also got my water pressure up. Which Old maintenance guy said they couldn’t fix it. They also went the extra mile and fixed my shower head and bathroom faucet and kitchen faucet thank you to Eddie and Kevin they’re great
The piece for my stove doesn't fit perfect. It had a hump in the middle and my fry pan sits crooked. 3 stars because ti didn't have to wait long but im not happy with it
