Sergio & Javier are always so extremely helpful whenever we have an issue with the apartment. My washing machine tends to leak, and they usually know about it before I even do! They are so kind, clean, quick, and take extra care to not let my cat out when they are here. I know with 100% confidence that they will solve anything that I need, when it’s needed. Vintage is lucky to have them on their staff.
I am leaving this review for maintenance for Sergio and Javier absolutely fantastic above and beyond nice and the quality of the work between a one and 10 is 10. They just installed a new washer/dryer for me which is one unit and it’s fantastic. Thank you so much again.
My friend has lived in this apartment for 3 years and has no plans of leaving! She really loves this place- the location, the quiet unit, the amenities, and the ease of connecting with maintenance. She had a clog in her sink for days that she tried to fix with numerous types of Draino, and finally decided to call maintenance…Sergio came within about 10 minutes and solved the problem so quickly!!! The staff here is amazing when making inquires about 425 Broadway Apartment Community. The response is truly amazing and the properties are well maintenance, quiet, and exclusive. Chase and Elijah are truly amazing.
Location and mgmt tremendous. I don't often leave reviews on anything but prop mgr Elijah deserves recognition. Cross country move was stressful but this guy is a pro, and after being here for a week I know I'm home. Love it!
