Follow your own signs. only reason I moved here was because of the indoor basketball court. covid hit and they closed it... (completely understandable) but now they opened it with a sign saying open 9am-9pm. I go today at 5 and every access point is locked. Gym has a sign saying to wear mask and nobody wears one. I get if you are doing cardio that the mask is gonna hinder you but 90% of the people lifting weights won't even put and effort to try and wear one. I recently moved out of Southern Avenue Villas. The apartments are nice and the leasing staff will seem nice BUT they are lairs. When I first moved they advised they were adding more parking. I was there for a year and there was no parking added. The maintenance staff will always park in your parking spot as well as other tenants and the leasing office won't do anything about it. There was always trash in the parking lots. And the icing on the cake, after moving out they tried to charge me $500 for so call diamanté's but I h... read more

Apparently anyone can live in these apartments! Including animal abusers that the poor neighbors have to witness! KICK HER OUT!
