Called in for tech support and felt like I was insulting him by calling and asking for help. He stated the time he has spent helping me and that he had others to help. Stated what I was describing was physically impossible in the realms of physics.
This company is completely dishonest. I ordered an hvac control panel for my vehicle, opened the box to see the part, then closed the box. I ended up not needing the part as I salvaged the old one. I returned the part via shipping and they fabricated a lie to say I attempted to install the product and accused me of also losing the installation hardware. Absolute trash. Never took the product out of the box or attempted to install and it and they continued to try and say I did. Will never use them again.
Vintage Air did a great job helping me get my new AC in our 1966 Corvette. We highly recommend them if you are planning to install AC in your vehicle. I did this myself and I am very pleased.
See update below. WARNING, you're on your own. Well I'm close to finishing my install on our 1966 Corvette and as far as the components it seems great. Install information is great with a few hard to understand directions, for me, lol. I made it to the penetrations needed to install the condenser. Can't get anyone on the phone other then sales Noone wants to wait for a call back for technical support update again calling and Noone will answer the phone in tech support smh this needs to be addressed asap I've placed many calls and left many messages with no return calls at all.
