Can't get anyone on the phone other then sales Noone wants to wait for a call back for technical support update again calling and Noone will answer the phone in tech support smh this needs to be addressed asap I've placed many calls and left many messages with no return calls at all. Another update 6months later and still the same problem looks like yalls systems are just riddled with problems if yalls tech support is always this busy that's sad

I ordered a complete system for my 1970 F250 online. Within an hour I had a call back confirming a couple of details. The system arrived within two weeks in very nicely packaged boxes. I spent time reviewing the instructions, which were some of the best laid out, easiest to understand I have ever seen. I also watched their online videos. I purchased a gen 5 unit for my 70 c10. The installation of the unit was easy to install. Got ready to charge the compressor and the compressor would never kick on. So I figured it had to be the trinary switch. Contacted VA to let them know what was going on and we decided to change out the trinary switch. That wasn’t it.
