In 2007 Their branch manager Brian Jaimes falsified my paperwork. Told me I had a loan 6 percent fixed for 30 years and a payment around $780. In fact it was 8.35 percent 15 year balloon $1,430 payment. He really screwed me up. He left Vinson and got arrested at the new company. Google him. I thought Vinson held my mortgage but U S Bank has been fighting me since. I tried to get assistance from Shawn Vinson but he only said talk to our attorney. Nice. Don't do business with this company.
I can't say enough about Jim Lyle and his team. When our refi was about to come off the rails, Jim stepped in and made sure it got done. Instead of just ignoring us, they made sure we were treated like we, and not just our business, was important to them. Thank you.
We know if our clients use Vinson Mortgage they are in the best hands with Jim Lyle who in my opinion is the greatest loan officer around. If he can't get it done no one can! Most of the time are deals are closed & closed smoothly within 10 days. The Coffman Team is extremely happy with the service Vinson has to offer.
