My AC wasn’t fixed, it got fixed by another company but I really appreciate Vinson’s approach. They only charge if the issue is resolved — unlike other companies that charge a service fee, basic and advanced rates, and constantly try to upsell. Vinson spent hours working hard to find the problem. Even though they brought in three different technicians over two days and still couldn’t identify the issue, they didn’t charge me anything. Brent Beasley one of the senior technicians, explained and showed me everything that was wrong with my AC. I just moved in last week and the first company was a rip off. Jeanna the office manager was helpful and both saved the day. Today just about 3 weeks later, Brent saved the day again. Jeanna was great and helped with an emergency appointment immediately.
