I am not sure if this guy really has a business, he certainly does not act like it. After weeks of ignoring calls, he accepted and signed a contract and gave a completion date. A month after due date and many ignored calls and emails, I was finally able to reach him to be told he might be able to schedule a start in a few weeks! The man has neither professionalism nor basic civility, stay away
