Dr. Kakel is the best veterinarian ever. She even stayed late to examine my dog when she hurt her paw right at closing time. Additionally, Dr. Kakel is incredibly patient with all my questions as a relatively new dog owner and never hesitates to explain everything I need to know to take care of my girl, even in instances where I ask for her to go over directions again. All the techs are great too, my dog especially loves Lacey.
I have taken my dogs and cats to Vinson for over 10 years. I have had great experiences with all the doctors. They always take their time with my pets and have even helped out with a couple of the dogs I have fostered over the years. I have also had several emergencies where the doctors have stayed late or squeezed me in so I would not have to go to a Pet ER. I would recommend them to any pet parent.
