When provided with a list of local collision shops, I immediately looked for the closest one. I was shocked to see VINS, as I thought they were just a used car dealership. My car insurance adjuster assured me that they do fabulous work and go above and beyond to be the best. I decided to go for it. The drop off process was smooth and friendly. Vehicle looks great! Damage was only cosmetic. I felt the price (paid by insurance) was reasonable in both parts and labor. Commutation between the shop and myself is where they lost a star. When my car wasn’t done on their given estimated date they provided, there was no contact via text or call from the shop.
