We had hit a deer with our brand new car. Imagine the frustration! Vins team was able to get out car in for inspection as soon as we could bring it over. The team was extremely friendly and communicative throughout the repair process. The repaired car looks like new, the paint match is perfect, the panels fitment is perfect. If you have had collision repair before you know what I am talking about when I say that isn't always the case. Vins team truly did an amazing job and we would reccomend them to anyone.
What was projected to take 1 week ended up taking almost a month. There was little communication about the delays unless o reached out. I picked up my car yesterday and the console screen has residue on it. Today I go to turn on my car, and now the car will not start. Once I replaced the battery and went to put gas in the car, the door to the gas lid was taped shut and had to be pried open. To top it off, the old wheel is in my trunk.
Took our car in after a run in with a deer. Outside, looked like simply replacing the grill. The Vins Team, worked along side our insurance adjuster, and the damages far exceeded what was simply a visual dent. Mike and John are so professional, calming (we came in a bit freaked out) helpful with making the insurance claim and very personable. 100% would not hesitate to do business with Vins Auto Care & Collision again. Highly recommend this team for all your car's body repair needs.
Top notch experience with VINS Auto Care & Collision repairing my car’s front bumper and curb rashed front rim. Auto collisions can be very stressful, but vins Auto care truly Are amazing and friendly. Their attention to detail is truly outstanding.
