Vins is a great place for collision repairs. My vehicle was gleaming when I came to pick it up. The vehicle had quality repairs completed and was ready in two weeks as opposed to a month or more elsewhere. The vehicle was cleaned inside and outside and looked better than it did when I brought it in for repairs. We had hit a deer with our brand new car. Imagine the frustration! Vins team was able to get out car in for inspection as soon as we could bring it over. The team was extremely friendly and communicative throughout the repair process. The repaired car looks like new, the paint match is perfect, the panels fitment is perfect. If you have had collision repair before you know what I am talking about when I say that isn't always the case. Vins team truly did an amazing job and we would reccomend them to anyone.
Vin Automobile did an amazing job repairing my car quickly and with fantastic results! Kai was excellent in communicating every step of the process and even went above and beyond by helping me with my rental car — dropping it off and returning it to the rental place.. Truly outstanding service! Highly recommend them!
I was rear-ended and VINS was on the list of recommended repair shops. I scheduled an appt for an estimate the next day and was told the repair would take 3 days. It was done and ready for pick up in 2. Everyone I encountered was very professional and courteous. They also washed my car and wiped down the inside and vacuumed the floors. I highly recommend VINS! They were great to work with!
Excellent experience with VINS. The staff was friendly, professional and efficient. My vehicle was done a day or two early and when I picked it up, it looked as though it had been washed and detailed. I was very pleased with the repair work that was done and the overall experience. Would definitely recommend!
