Vins is a great place for collision repairs. My vehicle was gleaming when I came to pick it up. The vehicle had quality repairs completed and was ready in two weeks as opposed to a month or more elsewhere. The vehicle was cleaned inside and outside and looked better than it did when I brought it in for repairs. Went there for a minor bumper repair from an accident. They were friendly, gave a quick estimate, and set up an appointment fast. The vehicle was left for four days. Jessica called me almost daily with updates and worked hard to let me pick up my vehicle on the last day. Made sure the at fault insurance paid to release my vehicle back to me. The vehicle looked brand new when I picked it up. Cleaned inside and out. Shined up too. Passenger side rear bumper and small dent in hatchback was the issue.

I had some repairs done to my Prius through my insurance company for a collision. They did a great job on the repair. Excellent staff that are very friendly and personable. The only reason I did not give a full 5 stars is once the repairs were complete and I was told to come pick up my car, THEN they informed me that they could not match up the paint colors of the car 100%. Just got my truck back from Vin's. This is the second time in 12 months that I had to bring it back because I can't seem to drive a dually. Both times the shop kept me up-to-date on what was going on and I got my truck back quickly. Carla was perfect to work with and they even washed my truck, but the best part was that they cleaned the inside. That was the best surprise (it was dirty). Thanks Vin's and Carla!!
