I am posting this as a buyer beware. My husband and I were looking for a used vehicle, this dealership comes up when searching online. When we submitted an inquiry online, we got an email that a salesperson would be reaching out. They didn’t, so we tried calling a day or 2 later, and got ahold of someone who was unhelpful. We had a very good experience purchasing a Tesla Model Y from VINS. Tony was our salesperson. He was very knowledgeable about the car. Showed us most of the features as we drove. Explained everything about the car and the deal. They were very upfront with all information about the car. Hina in finance was very patient. No pressure. It was a nice experience. In and out very quickly. We have been driving the car for a couple of weeks now and couldn’t be happier.
