I recently bought a 2021 Tesla Model S Plaid, Hakeem did a great job taking care of me. After having the car cleaned, they noticed chipped paint and sent the vehicle back to provide me a higher quality product. If the vehicle wasn't clean enough, Hakeem took it upon himself to wipe down the vehicle ensuring I had the best customer experience he could provide.
