My rule with restaurants has generally been that the less well-known a place is, the better the food. This has back-fired on me before, but SelVino's Pizza & Italian Cuisine set things right. I live 1.4 miles away. Site says free delivery. I message and got an “oh well” after realizing it. But then my food was cold and the “hand breaded fried mushrooms” I paid $6.99 for, are actually frozen baked kind Walmart sells for $4 a box, the ONLY thing warm were the box for the pizza #lessonlearned
RecommendedOrdered delivery through slice. Order was missing an entree. Called the restaurant and they had a fresh, hot replacement back at our door in under 30 minutes. Also in the bag? A super tasty dessert! We didn’t ask for anything beyond the paid for order...they surprised us with a quick fix and a sweet treat. :)
Order x large pizza and large pizza... same size but charge different price. Orders not correct and when brought back manager never is seen to apologize for mistake. Poor service and this is not the first time we have received poor service
