Doctor failed to respond to numerous questions about prescription.
I was sent to him by my PCP Andrea Bonnenfant NP. Dr. Trivedi was to have a consult ,test and treat. This was done in the form of a video visit, I saw him only once that was all it took. I was taking Doxycycline/Monohydrate 100mg.I was instructed to stop the antibiotic and use a knee high pressure sock. I did this and within 1 week my toes and foot turned black. Long story short I only lost my second toe on my right foot. I had an excellent podiatrist who so far has saved the rest. I saw Dr. Trivedi 9/15/21. I am still in a ... read more
Dr. Trivedi did not give appropriate guidance to treat my serious viral infection post-hospitalization & failed to diagnose the candida infection of my throat, that was later found & treated by my PCP. When I initially met with Dr. Trivedi, he advised to step down onto a much lower dose of antiviral meds despite my concern of breakthrough infection symptoms on IV meds. When I tried this, my viral infection became much worse within 12 hrs and caused unnecessary suffering. Overall, he did not consider my concerns and situation... read more
Months ago, my elderly mother had developed a horrific lesion in her leg which could not be explained by her general practitioner. After months of testing and seeing specialist after specialist, we were lucky enough to be seen by Dr. Trivedi and he immediately identified the cause of the growing lesion. Thanks to Dr. Trivedi's expertise, my mother no longer has to suffer. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Trivedi to anyone suffering from an infection which cannot be explained by most doctors.
Dr. Trivedi appears to hate his work. His office waiting room is filled with acute care patients hacking, sneezing and coughing. Having auto-immune issues, I had to leave to wait in a sweltering car for nearly an hour to see him. He is hostile and defensive, and hates questions. He cost me at least five weeks of opioid treatment I could have avoided had he bothered to prescribe the "right" antibiotics when he "saw" me, but never spoke, during my 11-day hospital stay. Avoid this guy. Really.
